Ok, so what is Truly Passive Income (TPI) all about?
What separates TPI out from the rest of passive income opportunities is the singular focus on income vehicles that are already established.
For example, you could ...
Spend upfront time to build an income vehicle, then let it go on
auto-pilot. An example of this would be writing a book and then
getting it published - earning royalties for life from that point
on.
Or you could use the TPI model ...
Invest money into an income vehicle which already exists and
which will do all the work for you from the very beginning. An
example of this is interest - which is passive income resulting
from the established income vehicle of the bank account.

So what exactly is Passive Income?
Passive income can be defined as income from a business or agreement which does not require direct involvement. It is income generated for you on a repeated basis without you having to continually work for it.
Some examples of passive income include:
* Rent from the ownership of property
* Royalties from publishing a book or other
intellectual property
* Repeated income from one time efforts -
ex: customer sales
* Dividend and interest income
Program Ratings: I assign each program in my portfolio a letter grade score (A+, A, or A-) based on two scoring criteria; namely, ROI [return on investment] and risk level (see explanations on the right). You can use the letter grades to help determine what programs are right for you.
ROI Level 1: High return potential, well above average returns
ROI Level 2: Above average return potential
Risk Level 1: Low risk, well established company & proven track record

In other news, after a long run and unexpected pause - Genius Funds looks to have closed the doors permanently and as such is removed from our portfolio.
